Tool joints are made from AISI4145 with a hardness of 30/36Rc
We can also nitride treat threads to extend their life and reduce galling .

Our friction welded drill rods are first weld destruction tested to prove the weld and set up.

All rotary connection, API taper threads and Beco threads are manufactured in- house with 100% gauging and inspection.
